By using the Cambora naming tool ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service does
Cambora uses AI to generate company name suggestions based on descriptions you provide. The Service includes name generation, domain availability checks, and shortlist tools.
Name ownership
Names generated by the Service are suggestions. Cambora does not claim ownership of generated names, and does not guarantee that any name is available as a trademark, domain, or business name. You are responsible for conducting your own trademark search and legal clearance before using any name.
The same name may be suggested to multiple users. Cambora does not reserve or hold names for any user.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate names for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
- Submit content that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates others' rights
Free tier and limits
The Service is currently offered free of charge with usage limits (generations per hour and per day). Cambora may change these limits, introduce paid plans, or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cambora does not warrant that:
- Generated names are unique, available, or free of trademark conflicts
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Domain availability information is accurate or current
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trademark disputes, lost business opportunities, or reliance on generated names.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
